Default "Notebook skin" leather/wood effect available for UX from Korea
Spotted on UK eBay a Korean firm which have developed some "leather and wood effect notebook skin" for the Sony UX (all models).

Its basically specially made and precision cut stickers which cover parts of your UX to protect it.

Its not that expensive and may be a solution for people who have partially cracked cases or a few scuffs but dont want to have to replace the entire plastics.

The effects wont be to everyones taste but i would seriously consider this once my UX starts to look a bit scruffy and worn.

The company is listed as "Polar Bear House" on ebay and heres the original listing I found for the leather effect covers.

Useless EDGE modem ripped out to make space for next project!
Extended battery
External Lite-on DVD-RW (works as good as the sony at 20% of the price!)

Thumbs up
I've been thinking of buying some of these skins to use as templates for my own skins.
The Idea is buy a skin, buy some exotic leather, like croc, ostrich, eel, snake
use the skin as a template to cut the exotic leather
and end up with something more like this...

Edit: here is a nice looking UX skin

hmm, a good way to make your ux stand out from the rest! Quite impressive.

What would we call a ux like this. Luxury Ux, in short Lux
