IP Address Blocked

Hi Guys,

Hope some one can help.

Every time I try to log in from home I get a message telling me that my IP Address has been blocked and that I should contact the administrator. :confused:

I have now sent site-feedback on two separate occasions requesting assistance but have not heard anything yet.

Any chance someone on the admin team could have a look at this situation and get back to me?

Sorry to hear you are having issues, there was probably a spam bot that was sharing an IP address with you, so when it was blocked you were as well. Using the username that you are currently logged on with is it telling you that your IP address is blocked?

I am logged in from work at the moment and I am allowed in OK. It is only from home that I am not allowed in.

Odd about my home IP address being blocked. As far as I am aware, it is a static IP that I have had for a few years and have not been blocked from anyother resource on the net during that time.

Any thoughts on what I can do from my end to be allowed access from home?

Try making a new user account for the mean time, when I get a chance (hopefully some time later today), I'll look around to see if I can get you unblocked.

I don't think I need another account as the existing one works fine when I am at work. When I am at home I am unable to even access the forum main page, so I have never got as far as trying to log in from home. I had to register my account when I was at work.
