Need help with my 390n please

It's kind of slow it has no viruses I think it's a memory issue if I were to buy a 16gb Sony memory stick pro duo would that help. also I want iternet on the go I mean not wifi any options that aren't like 60$ a month

Try reinstalling Vista from the recovery partition, read this thread http://www.micropctalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3016&highlight=vista+bloat
Do all windows updates (SP1 & 2), then tweak the hell out of vista. The MS duo stick is good if you need extra storage- windows gets slower than usual is you don't have more than 10% of your drive empty. Since your 390 has a ssd you won't gain much by using Readyboost.

If you want faster OS then consider either XP (uses less cpu & ram) or win7 (modern & ssd friendly).
