Sorry but Intel WIFI cards won't work on OSX, it's better you look for a replacement.

Get an Apple Airport card for $20 on eBay. That's what I did.

works on windows XP and windows 7 (32 bit) with NO problem? I have Dual boot/triple boot.

which one is better? performance / connectivity ?

I have heard about people using the dell card... I have the Airport card and it works better than any other card I've tried. I think that both the Dell and the Airport card are just re-branded Atheros cards anyway... so they are probably equal.

will both this card works with XP and windows 7 ? where can i get the drivers for them?

I know the Airport works on both. I know the dell works on XP... I bet it works on 7
