dual boot windows 7 and mac os

Hey everyone, I just purchased a 380n and i want to put windows 7 and mac osx dual boot.

I have two questions, does anyone know of a guide that shows how to do this I have read several guides and Im very confused now.

my second question is, for now is the device going to be fast enough with the regular hard drive, i am going to switch to a ssd but for now I want to play with it before I open it up.

There should not be anything special about the 380 that would not allow you to follow
generic instruction on how to do this.

I have a friend that used this on his i-3 netbook. It worked fine for him.

I figured it out using like 3 guides and just figuring it out, thank you tho it was actually pretty easy
