Very interesting concept device! Would make a good collectors item. The CPU performance is an Atom 270 which in my opinion falls short of an Anh modified UX with a core2duo processor.
I personally would not call this a UMPC, since the keyboard is way too big and the whole device does not seem to be all that ultra portable. Depending on how long the battery can last, it would be also hard to call this a laptop. I think it would be best to call it an all in one concept desktop. The addition of the touch screen is novel, and would suit best in a Sci fi production.
Also I noticed the Eeekeyboard available on ebay somehow is able to run Windows XP in portrait mod on the built in touch screen, whereas on the youtube videos, the touch screen seems to be an accessory secondary screen running a priority front end GUI.
Could this device be an option alternative to the Sony UX. Probably not as the UX still is one of the most portable handheld ultra mobile PCs. There may one day be a replacement equalivalent, but unless it incorporates the sliding keyboard screen concept, I will not be upgrading.
