Yes, you can use the builtin keyboard as well as the on-screen.

Well, its nice to get a spare battery. But the phone does not actually take that much power from the battery - in fact, during standby the CF remain active even if the UX is on standby. I dont need to make the UX's Screen always ON.

technogeekchris wrote:Hi TC.. I will be happy to assists you. First step is to change your WWAN to a CF reader. Making your own UX phone is easy - you just need to get the ENFORA GSM CF card. It's straightforward. Let me know once you have all the parts.

Ok technogeekcris... let me work through this and I'll get in touch with you soon... please keep checking your thread... once again a big thanks for replying :)

Sorry to reply with such a noob question. But.. would this mod accommodate this item:

http://www.rme-audio.de/en_products_hdsp_cardbus_interface.php

It comes as a pci express card, and standard pci card.

I have always been enthralled by moding my video game systems and I feel that the ux tends to attract people with the same analytical divisiveness. And I must agree with the quote below:

I think guides like these really inspire people to do these mods themselves :)

And also note that it is so much more inspiring just because of the hands present in every photo. It puts the process in such an approachable and literal context that you cant help but see and feel the ease of articulation. I wasn't even considering the option till this thread slapped me across the eyes.

This place feels like home!

Does the CF card stick out when inserted? I'm looking for ways to increase overall storage and is very interested!
