Go to the Intel website, drop 945GM Express Chipset into the search bar, three clicks and you're here
Select Vista Business 32bit from the drop-down, one more click, and you'll get here

(Version 15.6.1, dated 9/18/07)
Remember to uninstall the old driver before installing this new one (unless you're already using an Intel branded driver rather than the Sony one). If you don't you'll get an error message and it won't install.

uhhh, question... What happened to the rotation option in the newest driver? I don't see it anymore.

Edit: I just uninstalled the drivers in the programs control panel sub menu, and now everything is gone, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. What is bad however, is that I still don't have rotation function...

Which newest driver? It's there in the Vista one. Right-click, select Graphics Options..., select Rotation..., chose your orientation. You can also set a hot-key to rotate in a specific direction.

Haha, I realized that my last graphics controller program thing never got uninstalled or upgraded. I uninstalled and removed it, and reinstalled using the latest Vista driver, and it works fine now.

Has anyone else noticed with the latest vista driver that it no longer streches the screen to full screen when the aspect ratio is set to fullscreen. Is there a way to make this work properly?

Look for the Aspect Ratio settings button. There's a check-box labeled "Keep Aspect Ratio". That should allow the screen to stretch (at a cost of a little readability).

Why isn't this driver update, especially the xp version (I use XP) on the Vaio UX driver updates site - does it mess with the zoom and rotate function/hotkeys?
