Wired connection not connecting

My wifi works fine,wired connection is not working and have driver insalled checked there is no exclamation marks in device manager.

I did one exclamation by usb device,isn't that for felicia.

What's causing my wired network not to work also sometimes in networking issues should check all cables connected,which is all fine and last test is to disconnect from the mains an power cable from router and then wait few minutes then put the router back on,the issue should be resolved even doing all this the problem still remains.

It.s ok i've been working on this issue all day and i have networking knowledge and experience,i cheked network card and hardware inside ux was fine then i looked at my drivers installed for wired connetion figured out the whole process and now i got to work.
